I obtained my MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. In 2018, I relocated from Maryland to the Tampa Bay area where I have worked in residential treatment, outpatient therapy, neuropsychology and now in private practice. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and relationship issues. From experience, I understand how mental health issues can seem complicated. This is because so many factors can contribute to mental health issues. That is why I take a creative approach in my treatment plans using evidence-based techniques uniquely suited just for you. I also use self-reporting psychological testing to assist with diagnosis and charting progress.
